I started my career as a chartered accountant, but most of my 30 years in business has been spent managing engineering businesses from a sales and marketing, financial, and leadership perspective.
I am now helping other business leaders, by supporting organisations such as Be the Business Mentoring for Growth, giving clients the benefit of my experience.

The last eight years have been some of the most exciting of my life and included the roles of CEO of the Reece Group, Non-Executive Director of Make UK (EEF), leading Team Tyne Innovation and founding the Adventurers Drinks Company.
I am now developing a Non-Executive Director portfolio, that includes being Chair of the Tyne and Wear Archives and Museums Development Trust, which will allow me to continue to contribute to the North East, utilise my expansive skillset, and continue to develop as an adventurer.
